The Woldberg Trail is a beautiful trail run organized by AV Start '78 Steenwijk, through a wooded moraine, alongside meadows, and over the stunning estate De Eese. If you climb the observation tower, you can see Heerenveen and Giethoorn on clear days. For those who are afraid of heights or dread the 131 steps, the tea house below is a nice place to relax.
